Stone built village house situated in the centre of this characteristic hamlet close to the lively village of Valdottavo.

The house is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor you have a large, modern sitting room with stairs to the first floor. Up a couple of steps you will find a large, eat-in kitchen with a functioning open fireplace.

On the first floor, there are two large, double bedrooms and a modern shower room.

There are full height cantinas on the lower ground floor which can be accessed from both inside and outside of the house. These could eventually be modernised to provide further living space if required.

In front of the house there is a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. On a further, lower terrace there is a log store at present.

There is a dedicated car park space at the entrance to the village. The house is reached on foot and is about 50 metres from the car park.
