At Property in Lucca, we know all about buying and selling property in Tuscany – we’ve been there and done it ourselves. When we bought our Lucca home 12 years ago, our purchase was straightforward and often enjoyable. The reality matched our dream. Today, we make it our business to make your property experience one to remember, for all the right reasons.
We’ll deliver a level of service that you’d expect from a high-end British property consultant, but with a much more personal touch. Having spent an equal amount of time working and living in London and Lucca, we want to provide you with tried and tested, Italian born and bred local expertise, underpinned by a delight in delivering cosmopolitan service with an international mindset.
Looking at the Tuscany property market, we saw an opportunity to set up a business that shares our intimate knowledge of the local market in a warm, friendly and highly efficient way.
Local real estate experience
To this end, we teamed up with a local Italian real estate agent, who is registered with FIMAA and has over 25 years’ local experience specialising in properties around Bagni di Lucca, the heart of beautiful Tuscany. We bought our own property with expert help from our Italian partner and her geometra (surveyor/architect) husband. Their excellent, consistent service and their genuine care, truly beyond the call of duty, made us jump at the chance of collaboration.
We know you’re busy and also a little preoccupied with your big next adventure, wherever it may be. And so we’re on hand at any time to answer questions, allay fears and keep your dream on track. Our intimate knowledge of the villages and hamlets around Bagni di Lucca is second to none and our prospective purchasers appreciate that. Our Italian geometra has years of experience and has lived here all his life. This is vital when getting your property ready for sale in terms of documentation and permissions. It means we can help the not only you, but also the new owners, through the process step by step from initial viewing to contract signing.

Having a large range of Tuscan properties for sale, it means we have a varied range of international clients with very different budgets looking for property. Properties we have for sale range from €25,000 to well over €1,000,000 and our client base is equally as varied.

We are able to direct theses clients to properties they may not have considered before by giving practical and sound advice from the benefit of years of experience. Lucca Comics & Games is an annual comic book and gaming convention in Lucca. Traditionally held at the end of October. It is the largest comics festival in Europe and the second biggest in the world after the Comiket.
